Institutional Governance
The National Center for Public Policy Studies operates within the governance architecture of the Civil Service Institute (CSI), ensuring institutional accountability, strategic oversight, and alignment with the Institute’s mandate.
CSI Board of Trustees
The CSI Board of Trustees provides strategic oversight, institutional accountability, and budget approval. Its oversight is established under Charter No. 01/2021.
CSI Executive Director
The CSI Executive Director provides overall institutional management and oversees the integration of NCPPS within the Civil Service Institute.

Coordinator Reporting Line
The NCPPS Coordinator reports to the CSI Executive Director. This reporting line supports institutional accountability, coordination, and alignment with CSI priorities.
Inter-Ministerial Liaison
The NCPPS Coordinator also supports inter-ministerial liaison, connecting policy research and advisory services with government institutions and relevant stakeholders.
