Annual Programme

Short-Course and Professional Training Programme

The Civil Service Institute develops annual short-course and professional training programmes for Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) and other eligible organizations.

Programmes are flexible and needs-based. Course topics are selected according to institutional priorities, training-needs assessments, public-sector reforms, operational requirements and emerging public-sector challenges.

The annual programme framework is reviewed and adjusted as institutional needs and reform priorities evolve.

Needs-Based Planning

Training priorities are developed around real capacity gaps and the professional responsibilities of public-sector institutions.
