Short Courses & Professional Training
Practical, needs-based learning opportunities designed to strengthen professional competence and workplace performance.
Learning Designed Around Public Service Needs
The Training and Consultancy Department of the Civil Service Institute delivers annual short courses and professional training programmes for Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) across Somaliland.
The programme is flexible and needs-based. Topics may be selected and organized according to institutional priorities, Training Needs Assessments (TNA), public-sector reforms, operational requirements and emerging workplace challenges.
These learning opportunities connect professional knowledge with practical responsibilities and support continuous employee development, stronger institutional performance and improved public service delivery.
Needs-Based and Workplace-Oriented
Courses are developed or adapted to address identified capacity gaps and the practical responsibilities of participating employees and managers.
